Returns & Refunds are permitted if items are unworn, with tags on, and without damage and postmarked within 14 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and should be sent to:

Refunds will be processed once items are received and checked for stains, evidence of wear and tags remain on. Once your return is approved, the refunded amount will be made to your original form of payment, and you will be notified via email when the return is approved.

Exchanges are permitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and if the item and size you need/want remain in stock, please contact us at TheSugaredLimeStore@gmail.com for information in this regard. We cannot guarantee that the item you want/need will be available due to limited quantities.

Returns/Exchanges outside of the 14 calendar day delivery window but less than 30 days will be eligible for a store credit, if items are unworn, with tags on and without damage including but not limited to makeup stains, tears, burns, or other issues. The sole discretion rests with the Boutique Owner as to whether an item is eligible for return/exchange after inspection.
